Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as joint lead arrangers and joint book-runners in connection with a $750,000,000 amended Term B credit facility and $275,000,000 amended revolving credit facility for Cedar Fair, L.P., Magnum Management Corporation and Canada's Wonderland Company. Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
