Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for CityCenter Holdings

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger, Barclays Bank as lead arranger, and BNP Paribas and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as arrangers in connection with a $1,600,000,000 Term B loan and a $125,000,000 revolving credit facility for CityCenter Holdings, LLC, which owns and operates CityCenter, a mixed-use development property in Las Vegas, Nevada. Proceeds from the facility were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
