Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended & Restated Credit Facility for Cable One

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and Wells Fargo Securities, RBC Capital Markets, and TD Securities as lead arrangers for an amendment and restatement of Cable One’s credit agreement in connection with a new $250,000,000 Term A loan and $500,000,000 Term B loan.
