Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $425 Million Credit Facility for MaxLinear, Inc.

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch as lead arrangers and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a $425,000,000 Term B credit facility for MaxLinear, Inc., a provider of integrated, radio-frequency and mixed-signal integrated circuits for broadband communications and data center, metro, and long-haul transport network applications. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance an acquisition by the borrower.
