Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Regions Securities LLC, and Comerica Securities, Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2027 by Meritage Homes Corporation. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
