Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for American Renal Holdings, Inc.

Cahill represented SunTrust Bank as Administrative Agent and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $440,000,000 term loan facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for outpatient clinic provider American Renal Holdings, Inc.  Proceeds from the credit facilities are to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
