Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facilities for Albertson's LLC

Cahill represented Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch as administrative agent and the lead arranger along with the joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with an amended $3,013,620,500 Term Loan B-4 credit facility, an amended $1,596,000,000 Term Loan B-6 credit facility and amended $1,139,282,156.25 Term Loan B-5 credit facility for Albertson's LLC. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
