Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.5 Billion Note Offering for Intelsat Jackson Holdings, S.A.

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.75% Senior Notes due 2025 by Intelsat Jackson Holdings, S.A.  Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
