Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Netflix

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent, and other lead arrangers in connection with a $500,000,000 revolving credit facility for Netflix, Inc.  Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
