Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Credit Facility for Navios Maritime Partners

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent and lead arranger, and the co-manager in connection with $53,000,000 aggregate principal amount of incremental term loans for Navios Maritime Partners L.P. and Navios Partners Finance (US) Inc.  Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used for an acquisition by borrowers of additional vessels.
