Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Regions Capital Markets, and Citizens Bank, N.A. as lead arrangers in connection with an $800,000,000 credit facility for Dillard’s Inc. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
