Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Match Group Inc.

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and the lead arrangers in connection with a $425,000,000 Term B credit facility for Match Group, Inc. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
