Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the secondary public offering of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NCLH), resulting in gross proceeds of $818,550,000 to the selling shareholders. Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
