Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Ingevity Corporation

Cahill represented Wells Fargo Bank NA as administrative agent and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. as lead arrangers in connection with amendments to and incremental facilities totaling $225 million for Ingevity Corporation, a special chemicals manufacturer and supplier.  Proceeds under the facilities will be used for general corporate purposes.
