Cahill represented Credit Suisse AG as Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger in connection with $310,000,000 in credit facilities for KUEHG Corp, also known as Kindercare Education, a large scale for-profit provider of child-care and education services in the U.S. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used to pay a dividend.
