Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Term Facility for Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and the other joint lead arrangers and joint book-runners in connection with a $700,000,000 Term A-1 facility for Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Proceeds from the Term A-1 facility were used by Integra to finance its acquisition of the Johnson & Johnson Codman Neurosurgery business.
