Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $125,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior notes due 2024 by GTT Communications, Inc., an add on to the original offering. Proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and an acquisition by GTT Communications, Inc.
