Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with Rule 144A offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior notes due 2027 by The Brink’s Company, an American security and protection company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes.
