Cahill Represents Lead Arranger $2 Billion Credit Facility for Mednax, Inc.

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $2,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for Mednax, Inc., a health solutions company which provides patient care. Proceeds of the credit facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
