Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for Multi-Color Corporation

Cahill represented Bank of America and Citibank, as agents and arrangers, and the other arrangers in connection with a $500,000,000 Term B credit facility, a $150,000,000 Term A credit facility and a $400,000,000 revolving credit facility for Multi-Color Corporation, a global label solutions provider. Proceeds from the offering were used to fund the acquisition of the labels division of Constantia Flexibles and to refinance existing indebtedness.
