Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as lead arranger and administrative agent, and BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BMO Capital Markets Corp., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, and PNC Capital Markets LLC as arrangers in connection with a $275,000,000 Term A credit facility for ANGI Homeservices Inc., the largest global home services marketplace. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
