Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as sole lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent, and the manager, in connection with a $100,000,000 Term Loan B Credit Facility for Navios South American Logistics Inc. and Navios Logistics Finance (US) Inc. The Company is a storage and marine transportation company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used by the Borrowers to pay a dividend to the holders of the Company’s equity interests, for general corporate purposes and to pay fees and expenses related to the Facility.
