Cahill represented Jefferies Finance LLC as lead arranger and administrative agent and Madison Capital Funding LLC, Antares Capital LP, and NB PD III Holdings (UO) LP as arrangers in connection with a $270,000,000 Term B credit facility, $67,500,000 Term B delayed draw credit facility and $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for YI, LLC, a medical devices and equipment company. Cahill also represented Jefferies Finance LLC as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $120,000,000 second lien credit facility. Proceeds from the offering were used for an acquisition by the borrower.
