Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Financing for Rackspace Hosting, Inc.’s Acquisition of Datapipe

Cahill represented Citibank, N.A., as a lead arranger and administrative agent, and the other arrangers in connection with an incremental credit facility for Rackspace Hosting, Inc., a technology services company. Proceeds from the offering were used to fund Rackspace Hosting, Inc.’s acquisition of Datapipe Parent, Inc., and to pay related fees and expenses.
