Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with the secondary offering of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., resulting in gross proceeds of $543,500,000 to the selling shareholders. Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
