Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Intelsat Jackson Holdings, S.A.

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as lead arranger and the arrangers in connection with a new $2,000,000,000 tranche of term loans under the $3,095,000,000 credit facility of Intelsat Jackson Holdings, S.A., a communication and satellite company. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing term loans.
