Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $300 Million Credit Facility for Entravision Communications Corporation

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as lead arranger and administrative agent and RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 Term B credit facility for Entravision Communications Corporation, a communications and television company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
