Morgan Securities plc as representative, and the other underwriters, in a public offering of €300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.250% Senior Notes due 2025 by Celanese US Holdings LLC, a global technology and specialty materials company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
