Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.750% senior secured PIK notes due 2023 by ARD Securities Finance SARL, part of the Ardagh group. Proceeds from the offering were used for a return of capital to its shareholders.
