Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Credit Facilities for Atkore International

Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with incremental borrowings of $425,000,000 under, and a repricing of, the Term B credit facility of Atkore International. Proceeds from the offering were used to repurchase common shares from an investor, repay loans under its existing asset-based credit facility and pay related fees and expenses. Atkore International Group Inc. manufactures and distributes electrical raceway products in the United States and internationally.
