Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 10% senior secured second lien notes due 2023 by Flexi-Van Leasing, Inc., a leading company in intermodal chassis leasing services in North America. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
