Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $331,000,000 term loan facility for Strategic Partners, a leading designer and distributor of workplace uniforms, footwear and accessories sold across all retail channels. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
