Cahill Represents Underwriters in Public Offering of Common Shares of Golden Entertainment, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of 7,475,000 shares of common stock of Golden Entertainment, Inc. (“Golden”) (NASDAQ: GDEN) at a public offering price of $28.00 per share, which consisted of 6,500,000 shares sold by certain of Golden’s shareholders and 975,000 shares sold directly by Golden pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Golden did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling shareholders. The aggregate gross proceeds to Golden from the offering of the option shares was approximately $27.3 million which are expected to be used by Golden for general corporate purposes.
