Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.5 Billion Credit Facility for Mondelez International, Inc.

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as lead arrangers and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent in connection with a $1,500,000,000 revolving credit facility for Mondelez International, Inc., one of the world's largest snacks companies. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
