Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $690 Million Credit Facilities for Res-Care, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $390,000,000 Term Loan and $300,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility under an amended and restated credit agreement for Res-Care, Inc. Res-Care is a provider of support and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, children, seniors and job seekers. Proceeds from the credit facility were used on the closing date to refinance existing term loans and future borrowings will be used for general corporate purposes.
