Cahill Represents Underwriters in Common Stock Offering and Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Wynn Resorts, Limited

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a primary stock offering of 5,300,000 common shares in Wynn resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) by Wynn Resorts, Limited, resulting in gross proceeds of $927,500,000. Cahill also represented the lead arranger in connection with a $800,000,000 364 day bridge facility for Wynn Resorts, Limited, a premier Las Vegas resort destination. Proceeds from the equity offering were used to repay all amounts borrowed under the bridge facility, together with all interest accrued thereon, and to repay certain other indebtedness of the Company.
