Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $450,000,000 term loan and a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for CareCentrix, Inc., a provider of home health benefits management services for United States healthcare providers. Proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and to pay a dividend.
