Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in €400 Million Notes Offering for Gestamp Automoción, S.A.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of €400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.25% senior secured notes due 2026 by Gestamp Automoción, S.A., a leading Spanish multi-national engineering company in the automotive industry.  Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
