Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 Term B credit facility for Keane Group Holdings, LLC, one of the largest pure-play providers of integrated well completion services in the U.S. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
