Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for GTT Communications, Inc. and GTT Communications B.V.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a US$1,770,000,000 term loan facility, a €750,000,000 term loan facility and a US$200,000,000 revolving credit facility for GTT Communications, Inc. and GTT Communications B.V., a provider of cloud networking services. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to fund the acquisition of Interoute, an operator of one of Europe’s largest independent fiber networks, as well as to refinance existing indebtedness.
