Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing of Wheatland Tube, LLC and 6582125 Canada Inc.’s $400,000,000 revolving credit facility. Wheatland Tube, LLC is a manufacturer of steel products. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance the existing revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
