Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in New $1.75 billion Credit Facilities and the Repricing of Existing Credit Facilities for IQVIA Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the repricing and extension of IQVIA Inc.,  IQVIA AG and  IQVIA Solutions Japan K.K.’s revolving credit facilities and IQVIA Inc.’s term A loans and the establishment of IQVIA Inc.’s $950,000,000 incremental term B credit facility and €686,220,150 incremental term B credit facility.  IQVIA Inc.,  IQVIA AG and IQVIA Solutions Japan K.K. provide information and technology services to the healthcare industry. Proceeds from the incremental term B credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
