Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $300 Million Asset-Based Revolving Facility for Generac Power Systems, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Generac Power Systems, Inc.’s asset-based revolving credit facility providing for a $250 million U.S. revolving facility and a $50 million U.K. revolving facility. Generac Power Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer of backup power generation products for residential, light commercial and industrial markets. The amendment and restatement increased aggregate commitments, extended the maturity and made certain other modifications to the revolving credit facility.
