Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $643 Million Credit Facilities for Ensono, LP

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $460,000,000 first lien term B credit facility, $123,000,000 second lien term B credit facility and a $60,000,000 revolving credit facility for Ensono, LP, Ensono OpCo Holdings, Inc., Wipro Data Center and Cloud Services, Inc. Proceeds from the facilities were used for the acquisition by Ensono of Wipro Data Center, the data center services arm of a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, and for general corporate purposes.
