Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for GC EOS Buyer, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a first lien term loan facility and a second lien term loan facility for GC EOS Buyer, Inc. Proceeds from the facilities were used for the leveraged buyout of BBB Industries, an industry leader in the remanufacturing of starters, alternators, hydraulic and air disc brake calipers, both hydraulic and electronic power steering products and turbochargers for the OEM, personal and commercial vehicle aftermarket industries.
