Cahill represents Lead Arrangers in Amendments to Credit Facilities for Ingevity Corporation and Ingevity Holdings SPRL

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with $200,000,000 of incremental revolving commitments and amendments to the existing credit facilities for Ingevity Corporation and Ingevity Holdings SPRL.  Ingevity Corporation is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals and high performance activated carbon materials.
