Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $810,000,000 Term B credit facility for APX Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Vivint SmartHome. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, to refinance existing indebtedness and to refinance outstanding debt securities.
