Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to extend the maturity of revolving credit facility for D.R. Horton, Inc. and increase the commitments thereunder to $1.325 billion. D.R. Horton, Inc. is the largest homebuilding company by volume in the United States.
