Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Refinancing of Multi-Currency Credit Facilities for Aramark Services, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Aramark Services, Inc.’s credit agreement, which established a $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility, ¥ 10,801,557,500 Term C credit facility, €130,000,000 Term A credit facility and a CAN$380,000,000 Term A credit facility for Aramark Services, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries. Aramark Services, Inc. is a leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services to education, healthcare, business & industry, and sports, leisure & corrections clients. Proceeds of the new credit facilities were used to refinance certain existing credit facilities under the credit agreement.
