Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for National Vision, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended $200,000,000 Term A credit facility for National Vision, Inc., one of the largest optical retailers in the country.  Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
